Having purchased his first home at the age of 21, Charlie understands the unique intricacies that young homeowners face. He prides himself on being a helpful guide that educates his clients so they can make informed decisions. Charlie’s favorite part of real estate is helping first time buyers work towards securing their financial future through home ownership.
Charlie became a licensed REALTOR® while earning a Finance degree from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Before Charlie began his real estate career, he co-founded BIG ICE, a hand-crafted cocktail ice company that can be found in bars and restaurants across the Midwest. His creative and entrepreneurial business mindset, combined with an incredible work ethic, enables him to find innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving real estate market. In listening to each of his client's individual needs, he can cater their strategy to acquire their dream home.
Outside of work, you may find Charlie cycling on the Olentangy Trail, watching Formula 1 Racing, or supporting his favorite Premier League soccer team.
