It might be trite to say that it was fate that my husband and I met Laura 2 years ago at an open house she was hosting; but, we truly feel lucky to have crossed paths. As soon as we walked into the house, timid and a little nervous, Laura greeted us like we were old friends. After our first meeting, Laura took my husband and I out for coffee and explained from front to back the home buying process. As someone who had never been through the process before, it was valuable to me that she thoroughly explained the process and answered our questions. It was so impressive to me because where most realtors would have sent a pamphlet or an email, Laura took time out of her busy schedule to sit down with us and build a relationship. This personal attention has been the hallmark of our relationship ever since.

Laura has, time and again, gone out of her way to make us feel empowered and knowledgeable during the home buying process. My husband and I bought a house during 2020, possibly one of the craziest years in recent memory. I was worried about whether we might be able to purchase a home at all, given the market and the covid-19 restrictions. Laura took all of our concerns in stride. Where I was worried and anxious, Laura was calm and deliberate. Where I needed a recommendation for a home inspector and mortgage lender, she connected me. She found us our dream home; we could not have been competitive without her savvy dealing with the seller.

Over the last 2 years, Laura has truly become more than a realtor to my husband and I. We are happy and lucky to call her our friend, and cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had been planning to move to Columbus, OH from out of state for quite a while. On our first day of house shopping (other than the million hours spent researching online), we met Laura at an open house event and immediately could tell she was abundantly knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general.

She really did her homework by first coming out to our house and walking thru it and taking lots of notes. Then did a follow up where she brought a professional photographer to capture our beautiful house and to use those pictures for listing, instead like other realtors who only use cell phones to take pictures and they are grainy, and distorted where you can't hardly tell what is in the picture. Finally she sat down with us and laid out the facts and her opinions on where we should set the list price for our house from all her experiences she has had with houses like ours.
